FREE SHIPPING is included with all domestic USA orders unless large quantities are placed, in which case additional small shipping charges may apply to accommodate larger packages. Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days, and delivery can take 7-10 business days depending on your location within the USA.
Please note, pre-order items typically take anywhere from 5-8 weeks to ship after the wave closes. Pre-orders may be released in waves. Each wave has its own ordering window, and production for a wave will begin only after that wave has closed. This means the 5-8 week production and shipping timeline starts once the wave ends, not when you place your order. Be sure to check the product description for specific wave details and cut-off dates. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as customs inspections or other delays, may cause shipping times to take longer than estimated.
We use USPS and UPS for all shipments. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments; any claims regarding these issues must be made directly with USPS or UPS.
